Christian Yoga in the Farm

An energetic yoga flow that incorporates breath work, worship music, meditation in Bible verses, physical postures to increase strength, flexibility, balance & relaxation.

No experience necessary, all ages, levels and children are welcome. Bring a yoga mat or a towel!

NO CLASS ON JULY 4TH!

This is a FREE class, with option for donation, but is not required.

If you want to make a donation you can make it online at the time of registration, or cash in the class.

Yoga has several physical, mental and spiritual benefits,

Physical benefits:

  • Increased flexibility.
  • Increased muscle strength and tone
  • Improved respiration, energy and vitality.
  • Maintaining a balanced metabolism.
  • Cardio and circulatory health.

Mental Benefits:

  • Creates mental clarity and calmness.

Christian Yoga provides an alternative method of exercise in a spiritually desirable and safe environment. It should deepen the believers walk with God. Even so, Christian yoga may not be for everyone. As with all decisions, each person must choose for themselves. ABOUT CECILIA

Cecilia Malsom has been teaching yoga for 3 years and practicing for more than a decade. Cecilia was inspired by the teaching of her friend Karina, who introduced her in yoga. She graduated from 200 HR YTT in 2020 from a Christian Yoga School and start teaching right away remote yoga classes for a studio in Hawaii. She has been teaching Christian yoga for two years, she like to incorporate breath work, worship music, meditations in Bible verses at the beginning and end of each class, physical postures to increase strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation.
