Cecilia Malsom has been teaching yoga for 3 years and practicing for more than a decade. Cecilia was inspired by the teaching of her friend Karina, who introduced her in yoga. She graduated from 200 HR YTT in 2020 and start teaching right away remote yoga classes for a studio in Hawaii. Today she lead in person and remote yoga classes, she incorporate, breath work, meditation, physical poses and relaxation with music in all her classes.
