Private yoga sessions are designed to give you personalized attention – before, during and after our session together. As your private yoga teacher, I show up for you and your needs based on that day, physical condition, and any specific concerns or limitations you may have. Whether it's body discomforts, strengthening specific muscle groups, improving posture and balance, meditation or scheduling conflicts that keep you from group classes, private lessons are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Before or after booking your session, please fill out the intake form. It will also be linked in your confirmation email. The intake form is optional. However, you'll get the most out of our time together if I have an idea of how you are feeling. Please fill it out at least 1 day prior to our scheduled session.
How does this private 1:1 yoga session work?
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Private Yoga sessions can be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time. To reschedule, please cancel your session for a refund and then reschedule at a time that works for you. No refunds or schedule changes will be granted within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment time. If you encounter an emergency within 24 hrs of your lesson, please email me and we can figure out an appropriate course of action on a 1 to 1 basis.
Cecilia Malsom has been teaching yoga for 3 years and practicing for more than a decade. Cecilia was inspired by the teaching of her friend Karina, who introduced her in yoga. She graduated from 200 HR YTT in 2020 . She has taught over 300 HR yoga classes. Today she lead in person and remote yoga classes, she incorporate, breath work, meditation, physical poses and relaxation with music in all her classes.
