Meet your teacher
Cecilia Malsom has been teaching yoga for 3 years and practicing for more than a decade. Cecilia was inspired by the teaching of one of her friends Karina, who introduced her in yoga, where she found to be aware of the present moment, self-care, self-love and a connection with God.
She graduated from 200 HR YTT in 2020, she also holds certifications in prenatal & postnatal yoga, holistic birth educator, trauma informed yoga, ballet be fit and yoga for Parkinson. In her classes she incorporate, breath work, meditation, physical poses and relaxation with music.
What types of yoga do you teach?
Prenatal, postnatal, mom & baby, Christian and chair yoga.
Are your classes beginner friendly?
Yes! all my classes are adaptable for your needs, I like to give different variations, so you choose what you want.
When can I start doing yoga in pregnancy?
When you are up for movement (usually after the first trimester, around 12 weeks). These classes are suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy.
Do you have a yoga studio?
No! yoga classes are taught in different locations (Rapid City & Box Elder)
